Our CUT men's weighted compression long sleeve allows you to train multiple muscles to include biceps, triceps, the back and core! Each arm has the capacity to hold four of our Steady weights. Each Steady weight is .25 LB pounds. We recommend you start half loaded.
Steady 4 (Half-Loaded ) or 2 weights on each arm = 1/2 pound per arm
Steady 8 (Fully-Loaded) or 4 weights on each arm = 1 pound per arm
