Baseball Starter Kit
To build your KILOGEAR CUT Baseball Start Kit, select the size top and shorts. Each top and shorts come with their respective weights. Athletes should start training in the gear "half loaded" and move to fully loaded within a few weeks.
Each top includes six STEADY weights (three weights per arm). Advanced athletes can purchase additional Steady weights and double load the tops after getting acclimated to training in weighted gear.
The shorts come with two STRONG weights per leg. Advanced athletes can purchase additional STRONG weights once getting acclimated to training in weighted gear.
