Workshops incorporate our KILOGEAR Fitness assessments, created by doctors, elite master fitness trainers and professional Irish dancers. Tests focus on agility, mobility, stamina, speed, strength and flexibility. Dancers and teachers receive a report, giving the dancers insight for their training.
Our holistic approach includes training both the mind and body. Dancers complete an Irish Dance specific KILOGEAR Fitness workout, followed by a KILOGEAR Fitness Mindset workshop.
TAKE YOUR TRAINING WITH YOU
At the close of each workshop, dancers learn how to take their training with them, through the use of the KILOGEAR Fitness APP. Dancers learn how to access the app and how to complete the workouts at home, so the time spent in the studio is focused on technique and dance training.
I have been dancing and training for years. I've done pilates, other kinds of strength training and have used various personal trainers. Once I started training in KILOGEAR CUT I becaume functionally stronger and increased my vertical lift. I have never dance stronger, jumped higher and moved faster with ease since training in my KILOGEAR CUT.
