POWER’D UP Field Hockey increases strength and explosive power for individual and fundamental field hockey skills. From push passing to specialist drag-flicking, our training algorithms develop functional and game-like peak strength, ultimately increasing performance.
ATHLETES WILL YIELD

⦿ Learn or strengthen ripping balls into the top corners from a drag-flick
HOW DOES IT WORK?
⦿ Each week we deliver 2 field hockey specific drills you complete at home.
⦿ Workouts are sent via text message.
⦿ Each workout runs around 10 minutes.
⦿ Our program incorporates the science behind KILOGEAR CUT so you can train and activate the muscle groups required to execute field hockey movements better, stronger and faster.
